SwarmX is a space for relational AI. Relational AI is about shaping the space where humans and artificial intelligence connect.

It’s about bringing together the best of what’s in artificial intelligence and the best of what’s in humans so we can communicate, collaborate, and co-create. Large language models are powerful pattern engines. They trace, synthesize, and recombine information at scale. Humans bring lived experience, judgment, intuition, and meaning-making. When those two forms of intelligence meet intentionally, something new can happen: creativity, reflection, clarity, and of course, work.

Swarm X explores how to shape that meeting.

Here you’ll find seeds and harnesses — modular configurations that tune how a model holds conversation. They don’t limit what AI can do. Everything you’ve read about language models — writing, coding, planning, research, analysis — still works here. We’re simply shaping how the interaction feels, how it moves, how it holds. You’ll also find practices, essays, and experiments. Some are playful. Some are structural. Some are philosophical. All of them are invitations to think more intentionally about how we relate to this technology.

We’re interested in growing a community of people who care about how AI is shaped — not just what it can do.

We have goodies, practices and ideas to share. Some tools are free. Some live inside Swarm Core. More are coming. But we don't want to go it alone.
